VEL’S EDUCATIONAL TRUST
Vels Educational trust was formed on 2011 for the establishment of fund solely for Educational purposes without any profit motive by MR S.SHANMUGASAMY. The Board of Trustees is constituted with the following trustees:

VELS INDUSTRIAL TRAINING INSTITUE
Vels ITI is started on 2013 with approval of Quality control of India, New Delhi and DGET, New Delhi. The ITI consists of Automobile, Electrician, Fitter, Welder and AC mechanic Trades and makes 100% placement every year and produces 100% result every year.
The ITI has good infrastructure with 20000 sq ft building value of 3 crores.
300 and above students are getting vocational training every year in NCVT and SCVT Trades.
The following are the NCVT Trades:
- FITTER
- ELECTRICIAN
- MECHANIC(MOTOR VECHILE)
- WELDER
The following are the SCVT Trades:
1. Industrial Fitter
2. Electrical and Electronics Technician
3. AC and Refrigeration Mechanic
4. Automobile Mechanic.
